Cooroy Fusion Festival

… A Celebration of Community Events – Saturday 10 May 2014…

The festival is a blending of three Cooroy events, highlighting the talent, expertise, creativity, innovation and products of local areas: the Cooroora Woodworkers Club, the Noosa District Orchid Society and the Cooroy Library were the three original contributors to the first event in 2011.

The Festival intends to create greater economic opportunities for local businesses by aiming to attract a broader Sunshine Coast audience to the local area whilst nurturing and supporting vital community partnerships and a strong sense of community belonging.

Over the last two years Fusion has grown to become a feature of the hinterland event calendar, with activities and fun for the whole family.

As well as showcasing a wide range of speakers, artists and musicians, the Festival offers you the opportunity to sample fresh local foods and to shop for locally crafted products.

Thank you everyone for following our Facebook updates for almost a year now. In between events we try to post content about our local community that will be of relevance to you.
The new Cooroy Fusion Festival committee is working hard to get the 2014 program together, and we will be posting updates very soon. Keep watching this space!

In the meantime you visit the Cooroy library website for updates to their monthly program.
